Born in Johannesburg in 1973, Coenrad’s journey is a unique blend of financial expertise and artistic passion. He initially delved into the world of Informatics and Investment Finance, ultimately earning the esteemed title of a Chartered Accountant while completing his articles at Ernst & Young in Johannesburg.

Coenrad’s career path encompassed stints in the banking and property finance sectors. However, it was his intrinsic love for the industrious and imaginative facets of property development that led him to establish his own property development company.

Artistry runs in Coenrad’s blood. With a grandfather who was an artist and a father who became a renowned writer, he carries forward this creative legacy. When you encounter Coenrad Human’s art, the initial impressions are rustic and emotionally charged.

His true passion lies in crafting expressionistic images and faces using acrylics on canvas, a medium that allows him to convey subtle emotions. His paintings are a form of silent communication through the eyes of his subjects. The use of a diverse palette of colors adds to the expressionistic quality, making the emotions palpable.
